  1. fine lumber 5 Star Review

Posted by on 22nd Mar 2011

I just recently used this fine work of art and liked everything about it's make/model. It gives me the real opportunity to execute my swing and on top of everything it has that nice smooth extra little pop that I've been looking for in a bat. I know how it is with the bat situation there always a hit and miss so when you find the one for you, you stick with it. Well the w-110 maple was a fine piece of lumber and I already have my other order of all make's and model's picked out. So if your looking for some custom lumber then you need to pick one of these up and try it, when you see what I'm talking about with the smooth pop then you can go grab as many as you need, as many different style's, weight, length or color as you need/want. Loren (owner) is good people and will make sure you have what you were looking for in a bat. I like the wild woody bat and will continue to encourage people on the field and through review's to grab one of these bad boy's it will definitely put a pitcher through some madness.

  2. Once you get your specially-made Woody, you feel like a pro. 5 Star Review

Only recently have I been introduced to the fine craftsmanship of Wild Woody Bats. My boss’s son, who plays junior college baseball, broke his Louisville Slugger in a game the night before. Needing a bat the next day, the Wild Woody team was incredibly helpful and was able to outfit him with a 34 inch W-271 model that they had on the shelf so he could play in the game. My second story involves me in the first game of my adult baseball league's season where I put it over right field fence. Wild Woody bats sound different when you connect with the ball—they're like no other bat. Each one is magnificently made with care and attention to the batter's swing. I'll be honest, it's hard to go back to any other bat company. Once you get your specially-made Woody, you feel like a pro. Several opposing players in my league also use Woodys and they love them. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
